Disputed claims

If a claim becomes disputed we will notify you immediately.  If the claim has been dealt with on a fixed fee basis we will charge you the applicable fee for the stage the proceedings have reached.  We will then discuss the options available to you to progress the matter and the likely costs implications.  Work from that point will be charged on an hourly rate basis by agreement with you.
